How many in this group use their beloved Ducs as work day commuters? Is it warm enough for ya?
It's been rather quiet here, thought I'd stir the pot with some useless but what the hey drivel.

Overall it is around 50/50 bike/truck.
Though this week I've opted for the truck since it has AC. A full perforated Vanson just isn't the same.

Not since I yanked on the front brake on the 290 and executed a really bad stoppie, with me an bike doing a 360. Will do again when it gets a bit cooler. Mainly on a Friday when its causal Friday.

Have driven it to work 3x in the past three weeks, which is about 10mi on I-10 against rush hour traffic. The heat (not too bad) and inability to drive during a group lunch are minor issues, but it's the temptation to open her up in the HOV lane that's the real problem :-) Is there a bail thread yet?

It has been pretty hot and I must admit I have taken the car for its airconditioning a lot lately. But usually ride a bike about 3 days a week. 25 miles each way is a bit much when its 100 degrees.

I used to ride to work when I was out in Baytown but now that I have to wear a suit everyday, I have switched to the car.

I will if I have to work on a Saturday (which is usually atleast 1x/mo) ... got too much to lug around during the week ... kids, books, backpacks, and the list goes on ... JHH

I try to ride as much as possible. Mostly I take the M1100, but I will occasionally take the Honda VTX1300
